Do you ship directly from your farms to my jobsite?
We do! We offer farm direct deliveries of any size, with a minimum freight charge amount, at discounted pricing. We are able to deliver to your project or yard of choice, normally within a 1 week turnaround period. Common carrier freight rates apply.
Can I tour your farms?
Yes! We love when our customers come tour our farms. We have dedicated team members that can give guided nursery tours. A 1-2 week advance request for tours will ensure we have you on the schedule. Speak to your rep for more information.
If I get a quote today, how long does Tree Source hold my pricing?
TS holds pricing on all committed orders and projects for 30 days. We can hold pricing and product for lengthier times with our Deposit-hold program. See your sales rep for more information.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes! We offer a fantastic loyalty program for our valued customers. Once you’ve purchased $25,000 in product from Tree Source you are automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Every dollar spent with Tree Source translates into rewards such as our all-inclusive beach trip, on account rebates, or Gift Cards. See our website or talk to your rep for more information!
What if I need to return a product for any reason?
Any claims or issues with product received must be reported to the sales rep or accounting within 5 business days. Materials can be brought back to the branches if they are no longer needed. They will be inspected by our quality control personnel. A 25% restocking fee will be applied along with credit for the materials given.
Can Tree Source locate hard to find material for me?
Almost always. We have a team of sourcing experts that scour the market looking for hard to find plant products. We have partnered with 50 leading growers that we work with and have a fleet of trucks that will pick up and Cross Dock your hard to find trees, shrubs, grasses and perennials.
Does Tree Source offer a warranty or guarantee?
TS does not offer a warranty. We do guarantee the upon pick up or delivery the product is true to form, disease free, and high quality plant stock.
